Yesim Fcknonit -If you havent recieved a facebook message from this then check it out! everyone with passion n drive n creativity are WELCOME!infact anyone.heres the message i sent out to everyone possible. -Im trying to set up some kind of collective of all the incredibly talented people we get to know on our course, and the people ive met this year and know from last year on different courses
im basicly wanting to foster a thing where we can encourage one another and find a creative outlet for our self initiated work.finding out today of things places where we can sell whatever it is we do. taking our future into our own hands, trying to take some initiative, nurturing our experience and what we do, and just so so so much more. im delighted i learnt this thing today and im even more delighted by everyones response to what im trying to do so far!!im so lucky to be in this environment with these people

guys we all need to get on it! im proposing organising stalls and selling our work direct at some fucking mental art shows ,graphic fairs art fairs concerts festivals shops etc
and i want all of you in on it
-ESPECIALLY YOU!
-THIS CAN BE ANYTHING YOU WANT!-screenprints, tshirts/clothes, badges, spaniels, EVEN THEM FUCKING COLLAGES -ANYTHING YOU LOVE DOING OR WANT TO GET RID OF
all of us have done random workshops n must have stacks of odd work collecting dust not needed in a portfolio and loads of things weve been meaning to do, to finish to try, this is an outlet and a means to do these things!and more!
we all have something unique to offer and know other people who do too!
its about encouraging each other and taking the initiative take our future into our own hands its so hard even getting free voluntary work experience
and theres some things all of us have in common..
we're not famous
we need more money
-and we all have retail experience
i was talking with a publisher who came in for my project today and made me realise just how fucking possible this all is and the utter benefits for all of us involved.
-think how good it looks on your CV!
-the confidence in your work to know it sells and the experience to test in the real world what works and what sells and whats shite
-make at least enough for a decent night out and a good laugh!!
